Elegant Uniforms Teal The Power!

You are going to LOVE the way we look! Meeting planners from all over have commented on the professional image of the Dream Team Event Staff. Our convention and event team is well groomed and professionally dressed in a black and white ensemble of their choice. Black slacks, black jackets or sweaters, and a professional white top is the basic look for all our team members. We then top it off with a stunning teal tie for the men, a teal neck sash for the women, and a professional nametag! When your attendees spot our signature teal ties and scarves, they will know they have found someone they can ask for assistance! Have something else in mind? Not a problem! Some of our clients have special dress requirements, so we are flexible with our dress code and will honor any special request you may have.

What that means to you is this: Dream Team Event Staff is THE ONLY place to turn to when you need a qualified AND EXPERIENCED staff. Now, more than ever, you need a staffing partner that can deliver. 2020 changed a lot of things for a lot of companies. One thing that remains constant for us is our dedicated and experienced convention staffing team! Many of our team members work upwards of 20 events a year! Where else will you find experience like that? With the recent raise in minimum wage in Denver to $15.00/hr. cost may be a major concern of yours. And, we completely understand that. Our rates are based on our pay rates. Our pay rates are based on experience. We have found it is better for us to pay higher and bill a lower percentage so you can enjoy a drama free staffing experience. For 16 years that has been our strategy and for 16 years we have been right. Pay for great people and get a great experience.

Employee Skill and Background Verification

Everyone will tell you they send qualified staff, but how do you know before it’s too late? Be sure to ask ANY staffing company you choose to prove it! We stand ready to provide you with the typing speed and computer proficiency scores of any staff member we assign to your event’s computer positions. In addition, should you require a criminal background check or drug test, just ask. All of that is included in your rate and the results are made available to you.

Safety is our top priority!

Each team member has been issued a beautiful teal-colored face covering that matches our uniforms! We believe that safety can still look elegant. In addition, each team member is equipped with a company issued hand sanitizer to help stop the spread of germs.

Employees On Call

Dream Team employees are the epitome of professionalism and attendance is seldom an issue. You may, however, have an immediate need for additional staff. That is why Dream Team will schedule an on-call staff just for your event. Your Dream Team supervisor or lead will have the contact information for all scheduled back-up staff readily available at all times. Whether you need additional or replacement staff, your back-up personnel are ready to arrive within 90-minutes of your request.

Easy Payment Options

Yes, we take American Express! No, we do not charge you a fee to pay with a credit card! We make it easy for you to pay your invoices your way. If you would like to pay via credit card, we are happy to accommodate that request. Simply ask us for a credit card authorization form to complete. Send the completed form back to us and we will run the charges immediately. We will mail you your receipt, along with the corresponding invoice, for your records. Of course, you are welcome to pay by check as well. Whatever works best for you!

Electronic Timekeeping and Emailed Invoices

To ensure you receive accurate invoices, we have adopted the electronic scheduling and timekeeping software Humanity. By eliminating the paper timecard and letting the system calculate the hours, we can assure you that your invoice reflects only the hours actually worked by a Snelling team member. Each day the supervisor checks in the staff noting their arrival and departure time. At the end of the day, each staff member’s shift is updated to reflect the actual hours worked. At the end of your event, these hours are then imported into our payroll system, generating an invoice for you. Once all the hours have been tabulated, a Snelling representative will email your invoice directly to you reflecting the deduction of any deposit dollars received. By completely eliminating the manual entry component, you receive an error-free invoice! If you would like to cross check the hours for yourself, no problem! We can arrange to provide you with the actual staff checkin and check-out sheets for you to cross check against your schedule. You can have as much or as little control over the time approval process as you would like. In fact, if you would like to approve our team members’ time online at the completion of your event, we can set you up in our system to give you that ability. Our system is in place to guarantee accuracy. Schedules, timecards and invoices have a lot of moving parts and our custom made, timekeeping and invoice solution makes it easy and error free!

Early Booking Discounts Available

There is a lot to take into consideration when providing a quote. Various factors affecting bill rates include the current state of the hiring market, the ability to find a certain skill set, and the number of people needed to fill a schedule. Because we are a full service staffing agency, our ability to deliver top talent is never in question. The biggest challenge when staffing an event, of any size, is the amount of notice we are given. With plenty of notice we can reserve our most talented staff members early on and prevent them from accepting other opportunities. Quite simply, the more notice we have, the easier it is on us and the more experience your convention team will have!

Everyone wins! Although our rates are already some of the best in the country, when you sign a contract with Dream Team Event Staff a minimum of 45-days prior to the start date of your event, you can enjoy even lower rates on your registration staff!
